Kitchen Islands are not just for kitchens!!They are great as folding islands in laundry rooms, working islands in master closets, and fabulous craft islands in bonus rooms.  Remember that both of the islands below have drawers that "go all the way through". That means that no storage is lost if you choose to put the island against a wall instead of floating it in the middle of a room.

This piece can also either float or be placed against a wall, losing no drawer storage access!  A bit less wide and less deep than its cousin, above makes it work in tight places. Currently available in Distressed Red with Honey Mahogany Top and Shabby White with Aged Classic Top.
